Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
    
Dental Insurance

We are happy to file your insurance claims for you . Any deductible and/or copay is due at the time of your visit. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMO).  Your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance carrier. Our fee schedule may differ from the one your insurance company sets forth. We will file your claims promptly and with your best interests in mind.
